About Me

I’m Bipasha Sharma, a developmental and counselling psychologist working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents across emotional and adjustment-related concerns. I see myself as an ambivert and an empath, someone who feels deeply and stays curious about people’s inner worlds, their struggles, and their resilience.

My work is grounded in respect, collaboration, and creating a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged or rushed.

With children, I use a play-based approach that supports expression and emotional regulation, while involving caregivers when needed.
