About Me
I’m Bipasha Sharma, a developmental and counselling psychologist working with children, adolescents, young adults, and parents across emotional and adjustment-related concerns. I see myself as an ambivert and an empath, someone who feels deeply and stays curious about people’s inner worlds, their struggles, and their resilience.
My work is grounded in respect, collaboration, and creating a space where you can be yourself without feeling judged or rushed.
I work with clients across countries such as the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, and Australia, including those navigating fast-paced lifestyles, emotional pressure, and cross-cultural challenges. Through online therapy, I support people dealing with anxiety, overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, helping them feel heard, understood, and more in control of what they’re experiencing.
With adolescents and adults, I follow a person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming approach, integrating CBT, mindfulness, somatic-informed methods, and psychodynamic work based on individual needs. With children, I use a play-based approach that supports expression and emotional regulation, while involving caregivers when needed. I focus on helping clients make sense of their patterns, manage emotions, and gradually build practical ways to move forward.

Frequently Asked Questions
How can therapy help with anxiety, overthinking, or feeling stuck?
Therapy helps you understand the patterns behind anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm. Instead of just managing symptoms, it helps you identify triggers, regulate emotions, and respond to situations with more clarity and control over time.
What happens in an online therapy session?
An online therapy session is a structured conversation where you talk about what you're experiencing. The therapist listens, asks relevant questions, and helps you explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also offering practical ways to handle situations in daily life.
What should I talk about in my first therapy session?
In your first session, you can talk about what has been bothering you recently, any ongoing stress or emotional concerns, and what you hope to get from therapy. There is no right or wrong way to start, the session usually flows based on your comfort.
Do I need to prepare anything before starting therapy?
You don’t need formal preparation. It can help to think about what you have been feeling, situations that are bothering you, or patterns you want to understand better. Being open and honest is more important than being prepared.
Is online therapy effective for relationship issues, stress, or life changes?
Online therapy is effective for relationship challenges, stress, and life transitions. It provides a consistent space to reflect, improve communication, and build healthier ways of coping, even when you are managing a busy or fast-paced lifestyle.
