Cancellation & Refund Policy

At LeapHope, we value the time and commitment that both our clients and counsellors dedicate to every session. This policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled to ensure fairness and transparency for everyone involved.

1. Appointment Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.
To cancel or make changes, please email info@leaphope.com with your booking details.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be considered as completed, and the session fee will not be carried forward.
Repeated short-notice cancellations may impact your ability to book future sessions.


2. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.
Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule per session, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

All rescheduling requests are subject to the counsellor’s availability.
If the original counsellor is unavailable, our team will assist you in finding a suitable alternative slot or another qualified therapist.


3. Refund Policy

LeapHope follows a strict no-refund policy once a booking or payment has been confirmed.
Refunds will only be processed if a counsellor approves the request due to exceptional circumstances (such as a verified therapist-side cancellation or service issue).

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Missed sessions (no-shows)
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session
  • Partially completed therapy packages

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the counsellor and LeapHope’s management team.


4. Therapist Cancellations

In rare cases where a counsellor must cancel or reschedule, clients will be notified as soon as possible.
You will then have the option to either:

  • Reschedule your session to a new suitable date, or
  • Request a refund (subject to counsellor approval)

We make every effort to avoid disruption and ensure your therapy experience remains consistent.


5. Technical Issues and Emergencies

If a session cannot proceed due to verified technical problems or emergencies on LeapHope’s side, we will offer a free reschedule of the session.
If the issue arises on the client’s side, rescheduling will depend on the counsellor’s discretion and availability.


6. Workshops, Courses, and Digital Programs

Payments for workshops, courses, or digital materials are non-refundable, unless clearly stated otherwise in the program details.
Refunds may be granted only in cases of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Technical failures during purchase

All refund approvals are subject to verification.


7. Requesting Assistance

For any cancellation, rescheduling, or refund-related queries, please email info@leaphope.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Contact details
  • Session date and time
  • Reason for the request

Our team will respond within two business days.


8. Policy Updates

LeapHope reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website.
